Ugandan innovators with working prototypes or production systems relevant to Government service delivery are invited to apply for evaluation, the National Innovator Registry, and the live Showcase event on 25 June 2026.

Who can apply
- Ugandan-owned and registered technology companies and start-ups
- Individual Ugandan software developers and technology innovators
- Universities and research institutions based in Uganda
- Innovation hubs and community technology groups operating in Uganda
- Consortia of Ugandan-owned entities (lead entity must be Ugandan-owned and registered)

Identity, team, system description, technical details, demo, declaration

Innovator Profile Mandatory
Permanent record in the Uganda National Innovator Registry

Supporting documents Mandatory
URSB certificate, National ID, system description (max 5 pp), URA Tax Clearance. Architecture diagram and pen-test report are recommended but optional.

Live at the Showcase event on 25 June 2026, or pre-recorded video (max 15 min)

These reflect current Government digitisation priorities. Solutions addressing any other Government service delivery problem are also welcomed and will be assessed on the same merit.
